Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

•  Inventory Management-Maintain accurate record
• Identify reliable suppliers and source goods and services based on organizational needs
• Generate PR, MR, PO & GRN
• Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable contracts
• Collaborate with vendors to achieve cost-effective purchasing decisions while maintaining quality
• Create accurate and efficient purchase orders.
• Monitor the status of orders and ensure on-time delivery
