Sr. Surveillance Officer/Surveillance TL (Morning Shift, 6 am to 6 pm)

Lead and supervise surveillance operations, ensuring effective monitoring, incident detection, system functionality, and timely escalation.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Supervise CCTV and surveillance operations across assigned staff.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, alarms, and related security systems.
• Detect, verify, document, and escalate security incidents.
• Conduct footage review and support incident investigations.
• Maintain surveillance logs, incident reports, and evidence records.
• Coordinate with Security, Operations, IT, and relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor CCTV/system uptime and report technical faults.
• Manage team rosters, shift handovers, performance, and operational discipline.
• Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to surveillance personnel.

Skills And Qualifications:

• Relevant degree/diploma with experience in security surveillance.
• 3+ years of CCTV/surveillance experience, including team supervision.
• Technical knowledge of VMS, CCTV and applications.
• Strong incident reporting, investigation, and analytical skills.
• Available on Sunday duty.
