Job Summary
Role and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Magento 2-based e-commerce solutions.
- Customize Magento themes and modules according to business requirements.
- Integrate third-party services, APIs, and extensions with Magento.
- Optimize website performance, security, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the Magento platform.
- Maintain code integrity and organization while adhering to best practices.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure smooth development cycles.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Stay updated with the latest Magento trends, technologies, and security updates.
- Prepare technical documentation and deployment procedures.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Magento development (Magento 2 preferred).
- Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and web services integration.
- Hands-on experience with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket).
- Knowledge of Magento Cloud, Composer, and deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and caching strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
