Job Summary

INSXOFT is seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Shariah-Compliant Crypto Spot Trader to join our team.

• The ideal candidate will focus exclusively on executing spot buy and sell trades of real crypto assets with immediate settlement, strictly adhering to a set of ethical and regulatory standards that prohibit the use of leverage, margin, futures, options, and other non-compliant financial products.
• This role requires a strong understanding of market structure, excellent technical analysis skills, and the ability to manage risk effectively while maintaining comprehensive trade documentation.
• The individual must demonstrate a high level of discipline and an unwavering commitment to following strict trading rules within predefined capital limits.
• This position does not involve managing a team but requires excellent individual performance and communication to ensure adherence to company policies and Shariah compliance guidelines.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency exchange platforms, specifically the spot trading section, is advantageous. The role demands proficiency with trading platforms and computer operations to execute and monitor transactions effectively.
• Candidates with at least one year of relevant experience who exhibit ethical judgment, attention to detail, and strong risk management capabilities are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Execute spot buy and sell trades on cryptocurrencies ensuring immediate settlement of real assets.
• Strictly avoid all forms of leverage, margin trading, futures, options, lending, staking, and APR financial products to maintain Shariah compliance.
• Perform thorough technical analysis to identify optimal trading opportunities within the spot market.
• Follow and enforce strict risk management protocols to protect capital and minimize potential losses.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all trading activities, including executed trades, market observations, and risk assessments.
• Operate within predefined capital limits, ensuring all trades comply with both company policies and Shariah principles.
• Continuously monitor market conditions and adjust trading strategies accordingly while adhering to compliance guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to report performance, compliance adherence, and any unusual market activities.
• Ensure ethical conduct and discipline in all trading activities, adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize trading platforms and technological tools effectively to execute and monitor trades in real time.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in the cryptocurrency market, particularly in spot trading, to enhance trading decisions.
• Demonstrate strong computer operation skills to manage multiple trading applications and monitor real-time market data.
