Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive screenings and diagnostic evaluations for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans and therapeutic interventions.
  • Provide direct therapeutic services to patients, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Educate and counsel patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and at-home exercises.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential clinical documentation and progress notes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, psychologists, and educators, to ensure holistic patient care.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or a related field.
  • Valid state licensure or certification to practice as a Speech Therapist.
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a clinical, educational, or healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of diagnostic tools and therapeutic techniques.
