Job Summary

You will be responsible to:
- assist in handling patients with Speech and Language dysfunction
- assist in the evaluation and formulation of speech therapy treatment plans
- monitor patient recovery through speech therapy provided
- consult and collaborate with consultants and other medical professionals in providing high quality Speech Therapy treatments
- educate patients and their families about treatment interventions and home exercises
- maintain and update patients’ records and documentation
- raise wider parental, teachers and health care staff awareness of children’s issues based on services guidelines.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy
- Certificate course in Speech and Audiologist from recognized institute/ University
- at least one year of relevant experience
- good interpersonal skills, particularly communication and patient report writing skills
- ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
- resilience and ability to cope with work pressure
- ability to effectively work in teams as well as independently
- willingness to work on extended hours on need-basis
