Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on students’ needs.

  • Assess students’ abilities and monitor their academic and behavioral progress.

  • Adapt lesson plans and teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.

  • Provide one-on-one and small group instruction.

  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, counselors, and therapists to support student development.

  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and prepare reports.

  • Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.

  • Support students in developing life skills and social interaction skills.

Required Skills

Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Minimum qualification: Intermediate (Higher Secondary School Certificate).
  • Relevant certification or licensure in Special Education, as required by local regulations.

  • Strong understanding of learning disabilities, developmental disorders, and behavioral challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
