Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, etc.).

  • Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).

  • Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry developments.

  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly performance reports.

  • Run paid social media campaigns and optimize ads for better ROI.

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams for campaign planning.

  • Increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.

  • Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree
  • At least 1 year of experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
  • Experience designing for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Portfolio of previous social media design work
