Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate community meetings, awareness sessions, and capacity-building workshops.
• Mobilize community members to actively participate in development programs and initiatives.
• Conduct social mapping and needs assessments to identify community priorities.
• Support the formation and strengthening of community-based organizations (CBOs) and self-help groups.
• Coordinate with local government bodies, NGOs, and other stakeholders for effective program implementation.
