We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager with strong digital marketing experience to join our team. If you’re passionate about building brand presence, engaging audiences, and driving conversions through social and digital channels, we’d love to hear from you!

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube
  • Collaborate with our Design team and Plan and create engaging content (graphics, videos, and captions) that aligns with brand tone and audience interests
  • Manage the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights using analytics tools
  • Run and optimize paid campaigns on social media and Google Ads
  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams for cohesive campaigns
  • Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices
  • Apply SEO and SEM techniques to improve digital visibility

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of growing social media audiences and running successful ad campaigns.
  • Must have strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business), Google Search Console and SEO.
  • Experience with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite) is preferred.
  • Excellent copywriting skills in English and Urdu (preferred).
  • Ability to interpret data and adjust strategies for better performance.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for branding and storytelling.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with influencer marketing or e-commerce platforms (Daraz, Shopify).
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
  • Certifications in Meta Blueprint or Google Ads.

What We Offer:

  • Monthly salary between Rs. 50,000 and Rs. 70,000 (commensurate with experience)
