Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with basic inquiries and product information

• Arrange and display products neatly on shelves
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and presentable
• Help in loading/unloading goods and managing stock
• Support sales staff in day-to-day activities
• Handle packaging and bagging of purchased items
• Monitor stock levels and inform management when items are low
• Follow shop rules, safety, and hygiene standards
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
