Role and Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in shipping and logistics services
Promote sea, air, and land freight services to corporate and individual clients
Understand customer requirements and offer customized shipping solutions
Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate rates with clients
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience
Proven experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of shipping terms (Incoterms, freight rates, documentation)
