Job Summary

Jasani Scientifics Pvt Ltd is looking for potential profiles to apply against the position of Service Engineer. An ideal candidate will be one having knowledge and experience of Bio Medical engineering or Technician.

  • Manage service email communication including; to attend work complaints diligently, take necessary action in timely manner, follow up until matter / complaints are completely resolved.
  • Prepare, manage and keep updated service complaint list. Liaise with relevant engineers / staff to maintain consolidated complaint list.
  • Manage engineering applications and storage data on soft and hard forms
  • Efficiently manage to control all equipment related data from point of entry to point of exit of equipment
  • Provide assistance to the engineer on site with the help of equipment service manual.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to deal with customer and complainant
  • Prepare presentations on given tasks, manage setups and coordinate with staff till completion of respective events.
  • Be diligent to keep work organized in order to ensure no delays and or interruption in work for next day
  • Provide updated data periodically or as and when required upon request to the authorities
  • Identify different ways for continuous improvement of reliability, efficiency and quality of data
  • Hardware and software work of equipment, which requirement of the unit.

Required Skills
  • Must be a Bio Medical Engineer with at least two years of experience. DAE holders can also apply.
  • Excellent in MS office, MS Outlook and Email writing skills
  • Should be excellent in MS Office, MS Outlook and Email writing.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
