Senior Systems Engineer (L3) / Project Lead @ TechKnock IT Tech Support

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver IT infrastructure projects, including:
• Microsoft 365 migrations and tenant setup
• Intune device management and policy deployment
• Azure / Entra ID configuration
• Server migrations and upgrades (Windows Server, Hyper-V, VMware)
• Firewall deployments and VPN configuration (Sophos, UniFi, Fortinet)
• Backup platform implementation and disaster recovery planning (Cove, Veeam, Datto)
• Additional responsibilities:
• Lead client onboarding projects
• Design secure and scalable cloud infrastructure solutions
• Support L2/L3 escalations when required
• Document project work and environments in IT documentation systems
• Mentor L1/L2 engineers during project delivery
• Handle Escalations

Skills and Qualification:

• 10+ years IT engineering experience
• 7+ years working in an MSP environment
• Proven experience delivering IT infrastructure projects
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Required:

• Strong experience with:
• Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
• Microsoft Intune and endpoint management
• Entra ID / Azure AD (MFA, Conditional Access)
• Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V or VMware
• Firewall and VPN configuration (Sophos, UniFi, Fortinet)
• Backup solutions (Cove, Veeam, Datto)

Candidate must be fluent in English. Able to work in night shift and Pakistan Public Holidays.
