Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and managing the daily operations of the school buildings and campus facilities, ensuring they remain clean, safe, and fully functional at all times.
  • Supervising staff involved in maintenance, security, and janitorial services, and coordinating closely with stakeholders to address day-to-day needs related to safety and upkeep.
  • Monitoring external contractors and service providers to ensure all work aligns with agreed standards and timelines.
  • Assisting in planning and budgeting for preventive maintenance activities, maintain detailed logs, and develop maintenance checklists to guide task prioritisation and support long-term facility planning.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • The ideal candidate should hold at least a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) or a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP), or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of three (03) years of relevant experience in facilities or operations management, preferably within an educational or institutional setting. Strong communication and team leadership abilities are essential. Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations will be considered an added advantage.
