We’re looking for a results driven Senior Media Planner with strong experience in Digital Performance
Marketing. The ideal candidate should know how to generate sales and qualified leads, optimize
campaigns, and scale performance especially for a high-consideration product category.

What We’re Looking For

  • Min 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing
  • Proven ability to drive sales and lead generation through paid media
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and ROI-focused marketing
  • Experience planning, executing, and scaling high-budget campaigns
  • Basic understanding of Amazon sales and performance advertising
  • Data-first mindset with a passion for testing and optimization

Role and  Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven media campaigns
  • Drive revenue, leads, and conversions across digital platforms
  • Manage and optimize paid channels like Meta, Google Ads, YouTube and other performance platforms
  • Analyze performance data and continuously improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to improve ad performance
  •  Identify growth opportunities and new audience segments
