Position Summary

A well-established export-oriented fishmeal and fish oil manufacturing company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to oversee factory operations, ensure operational excellence, and lead industrial teams in a demanding manufacturing environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Overall management and supervision of factory operations

• Ensuring production efficiency, quality control, and compliance with export standards
• Leadership and management of technical, maintenance, and production teams
• Coordination with ownership and senior management on operational planning and execution
• The applicant must exhibit enthusiasm, hard working and proactive.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Age: 45 years and above
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant industrial or manufacturing experience
• Qualification: Minimum Graduate. Preference will be given to candidates holding a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree
• Industry Background: Experience in an industrial or manufacturing company is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in food manufacturing, fishmeal, fish oil, or related products
