Senior HR Executive @ Star Marketing

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our growing Software House / IT organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing HR functions in a fast-paced tech environment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.

Position Details

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines.
• Conduct background verification and reference checks.

Employee Relations

• Address employee queries and grievances professionally.
• Organize employee engagement activities and events.
• Manage employee feedback surveys and retention strategies.

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Update and implement HR policies and procedures.

Performance Management

• Strengthen employer branding through LinkedIn and job portals.
• Monitor employee performance and coordinate development plans.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure statutory compliance and maintain required documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll coordination, and HR policies.
• Experience in the IT industry or Software House is a strong plus point.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
