Job Title: Senior Field Coordinator                                                               

Location: Field Office, Booni, Upper Chitral, Pakistan

The Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan (AKHS, P) is seeking an experienced Senior Field Coordinator, reporting to the Assistant Manager, Support & Facility Management Services.

Summary of the Role

The Senior Field Coordinator coordinates Administrative, Human Resources, logistics, fleet, finance and operational support functions across the assigned Primary Healthcare (PHC) Module to ensure efficient programme operations, effective internal controls, optimal resource utilization and compliance with institutional policies and procedures.

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates Administrative, Logistics and operational activities across the assigned PHC Module to ensure efficient Program implementation and uninterrupted service delivery.
  • Supervises Drivers and other assigned support staff by planning work, monitoring performance and providing guidance to ensure efficient operations and compliance with program standards.
  • Coordinates Human Resources administration within the module, including attendance management, leave administration, personnel records, staff deployment and employee documentation to ensure compliance with program policies.
  • Oversees fleet management by monitoring vehicle utilization, driver deployment, fuel consumption, maintenance schedules and vehicle logbooks to ensure safe, cost-effective and efficient transportation services.
  • Coordinates procurement, inventory, medicines, asset management and logistics activities to ensure availability, proper utilization and accountability of Program resources and equipment.
  • Supports financial administration by coordinating budget utilization, petty cash records, stock reconciliations, financial documentation and reporting requirements to strengthen internal controls and financial accountability.
  • Maintains accurate Administrative Logistics, Finance and asset records to support effective program management and compliance with program requirements.
  • Monitors maintenance, safety, security, cleanliness and functionality of module offices, residential facilities, vehicles and other program assets to provide a safe and conducive working environment.
  • Collaborates with Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Administration, Information Technology and program teams to ensure timely resolution of operational issues and effective coordination of support services.
  • Coordinates preparation and submission of Administrative, Logistics, Human Resources, fleet, inventory and financial reports within established timelines to support informed decision-making.
  • Supports program audits, compliance reviews, monitoring visits and implementation of corrective actions to ensure adherence to program policies and donor requirements.
  • Identifies operational risks and recommends process improvements to strengthen internal controls, operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Performs any other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Required Skills

Skills And Qualifications:

  • M.A / M.Com Preferred
  • 2-3 years' experience  
  • Sound knowledge of office administration, logistics management, fleet management and inventory control.
  • Knowledge of financial administration, budgeting processes, internal controls and record management.
  • Knowledge of procurement procedures, asset management and institutional compliance requirements.
  • Strong planning, coordination and institutional skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Results-driven, ethical and adaptable professional with a strong service and stakeholder focus.
