The Senior HR Executive will oversee end-to-end HR operations across Liberty Books’ branches, ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and audit standards. The role requires strong expertise in payroll, recruitment, documentation, and HR systems management, with mandatory proficiency in FlowHCM.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Payroll Management: Ensure accurate salary processing, deductions, and benefits administration via FlowHCM.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and joining formalities.
  • HR Documentation: Prepare appointment letters, confirmations, warnings, and disciplinary notices.
  • Audit & Compliance: Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Performance Management: Assist in KPI setting, performance reviews, and employee development initiatives.
  • Multi-Branch HR Operations: Coordinate HR activities across all Liberty Books branches.
  • Employee Engagement: Support initiatives to improve workplace culture and retention.

 

Required Skills

Qualification And Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in retail or publishing.
  • Mandatory expertise in FlowHCM for payroll, attendance, and HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
