Job Summary
The position will be based at the Head Office. The position reports to the Head of Community Education and assists him/her in academic management.
The individual will be responsible for providing strategic academic support to the foundation in implementing educational programs and conducting high-quality learning initiatives.
S/he will be expected to coordinate with regional teams, travel as required, and ensure effective implementation of educational frameworks and capacity-building initiatives across regions.
S/he will also be responsible for conducting educational sessions, developing learning resources, and preparing programmatic reports at the national level.
Role and Responsibilities
The individual will be responsible for:
- Supporting adult education programs and contributing to the delivery of high-quality academic initiatives.
- Conducting educational lectures, training sessions, and learning workshops, while preparing comprehensive program reports.
- Leading academic initiatives and providing training, guidance, and mentoring support to educators, trainers, and instructional staff.
- Contributing to the design and development of curricula, learning resources, academic frameworks, policies, and region-specific educational materials.
- Conducting needs-based training for educational stakeholders and developing strategies to improve access to learning opportunities.
- Supporting Continuous Professional Development (CPD) initiatives to enhance the quality and effectiveness of educational programs and resources.
- Developing educational content, facilitation guides, and session briefs, while supporting regional teams in implementation.
- Assisting in the development of youth-focused educational initiatives and contributing to the conceptualization and refinement of learning programs.
- Conducting follow-ups and strengthening monitoring and evaluation mechanisms for educational initiatives, providing constructive feedback, and recommending professional development interventions.
- Coordinating with regional teams to ensure consistency in implementation of academic standards and institutional objectives.
- Performing any other task assigned by the management for organizational development and advancement of educational initiatives.

Requirements
- The applicant should have a Master’s degree in social sciences with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Teacher Education, Educational Planning, Curriculum Development, and Program Management.
- Preference shall be given to candidates who have completed professional training programs and have experience working with educational and community-based institutions.
- The applicant must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Urdu, with a strong command of MS Office. Proficiency in using AI software will be an additional advantage.
- The candidate should be willing to travel as and when required.
