Provide accurate and ethical counselling on international study options and destinations
Guide students in course, university, and country selection based on profile assessment
Manage complete admission processes from counselling to enrolment
Handle documentation review, SOP/GTE guidance, and visa file coordination
Conduct timely follow-ups through calls, emails, and meetings
Maintain and update student records in CRM and tracking sheets
Achieve assigned enrolment and conversion targets
Coordinate with partner institutions for application progress and offer outcomes
Support pre-departure and post-arrival briefings
Participate in seminars, webinars, expos, and outreach events
Assist in training or mentoring junior counsellors where required
Be available for additional operational tasks as per business requirements
Required Skills
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree (Education, Business, Social Sciences, or related field preferred)
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in education counselling / student recruitment
Strong knowledge of Australian education and visa processes (essential)
Experience handling complete admission and visa cycles
Proven ability to meet counselling and conversion targets
Skills
