Job Summary:
The role supports the Manager Planning & Design in delivering sustainable, community-focused architectural projects from concept to handover. It involves preparing and coordinating design drawings, 3D models, and tender documentation, ensuring compliance with building codes, green standards, and organizational guidelines. The position requires liaising with teams and contractors, integrating innovative, low-carbon, and culturally appropriate solutions, and conducting site visits to oversee construction quality and progress.

Required Skills

Key Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):

• Proficient in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with BIM is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards; familiarity with LEED, EDGE, or similar certifications is a plus.
• Expertise in sustainable, energy-efficient, and low-carbon design principles.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving, multitasking, and project management capabilities to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
