Job Summary

Role and Responsibilties:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations, maintain records, asset management and act as liaison with regional/central offices.
  • Oversee procurement, inventory management, and timely closure of POs/GRNs.
  • Supervise facility maintenance, janitorial staff, and ensure classrooms and utilities are ready for use.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, track expenditures, and compile monthly progress reports.
  • Ensure timely payment of utilities and manage petty cash responsibly.
  • Plan and coordinate school events, student activities, and logistics.
  • Liaise with government departments and AKUEB to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate transport arrangements for staff, students, and events.
  •  Perform any other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain management, or a related field,
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a reputable organisation.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, as well as strong organisational, administrative, planning, and communication skills, are essential.
