Manage day-to-day administrative operations, maintain records, asset management and act as liaison with regional/central offices.
Oversee procurement, inventory management, and timely closure of POs/GRNs.
Supervise facility maintenance, janitorial staff, and ensure classrooms and utilities are ready for use.
Prepare and monitor budgets, track expenditures, and compile monthly progress reports.
Ensure timely payment of utilities and manage petty cash responsibly.
Plan and coordinate school events, student activities, and logistics.
Liaise with government departments and AKUEB to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Coordinate transport arrangements for staff, students, and events.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain management, or a related field,
Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a reputable organisation.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, as well as strong organisational, administrative, planning, and communication skills, are essential.
