Manage day-to-day administrative operations, maintain records, asset management and act as liaison with regional/central offices.
Oversee procurement, inventory management, and timely closure of POs/GRNs.
Supervise facility maintenance, janitorial staff, and ensure classrooms and utilities are ready for use.
Prepare and monitor budgets, track expenditures, and compile monthly progress reports.
Ensure timely payment of utilities and manage petty cash responsibly.
Plan and coordinate school events, student activities, and logistics.
Liaise with government departments and AKU-EB to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Coordinate transport arrangements for staff, students, and events.
Perform any other duties as assign

Skills and Qualification:
The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain management, or a related field
At least 2 years of relevant experience at a reputable organisation. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, as well as strong organisational, administrative, planning, and communication skills, are essential.
