Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lesson Planning: Developing and delivering lessons tailored to the curriculum, including lectures, discussions, and hands-on activities.
  • Assessment: Creating assignments, quizzes, and tests to assess student progress, and grading work fairly and consistently.
  • Classroom Management: Maintaining discipline and a positive, engaging environment for learning.
  • Student Support: Offering extra help to students who may need additional assistance, including one-on-one instruction or tutoring.
  • Communication: Keeping in touch with parents, guardians, and colleagues about student progress and behavioral issues.
  • Professional Development: Engaging in ongoing training to improve teaching practices and stay updated with educational trends.
