Screening Coordinator @ Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan

Job Summary

The Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan is seeking a seasoned and Dynamic Screening Coordinator for its Karachi Region.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Work with South team, involve in planning and coordination
• Organize outreach activities and take lead on camp management
• Ensure quality service delivery in camps at centers and outreach sites
• Oversee implementation plan across KCP
• Track key metrics and data, weekly target setting, communicating with nurses and staff
• Help managing Elaj asan volumes and utilize the platform to support service delivery
• Strong coordination and liaising with community and non-community partners
• Prepare and maintain monitoring of outreach activities
• Better utilization of resources (screening doctors) during the camps
• Act as a liaison with local stakeholders and communities to promote oral health initiatives
• Travel to Sindh sites and organize and implement activities

 

Required Skills

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduation degree in any subject Master will be preferred
• 1-2 years of project coordination or relevant experience & health background would be an asset
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written
• Strong computer/Microsoft skills
• Travel across all centers in Karachi and Sindh
• Excellent communication skills
• Appropriate customer dealing
• Able to work under pressure
