Science Teacher (Padi Bangla) Job

Job Summary

A Science Teacher is responsible for teaching scientific subjects to students, helping them understand scientific concepts, and encouraging curiosity about the natural world.

Role and Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging science lessons according to the school curriculum.
Teach subjects such as biology, chemistry, physics, or general science.
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and teaching materials.
Conduct laboratory experiments and practical demonstrations.
Assess and evaluate students’ progress through tests, quizzes, and projects.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills in students.
Provide guidance and support to students who need extra help.
Communicate with parents and school staff about students’ progress.

Required Skills

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or General Science).
A teaching qualification such as B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is usually required.

Experience:

Previous teaching experience in a school or educational institution is preferred.
Fresh graduates with teaching training may also apply.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of scientific concepts and subjects.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain complex topics in a simple way.
Classroom management skills.
