Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective academic and administrative leadership to the school
  • Set goals, strategies, and programs to achieve those goals
  • Ensure quality teaching, learning, and assessment practices
  • Manage curriculum, resources, and overall school operations
  • Promote a positive school ethos and a safe, inclusive learning environment
  • Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community
  • Implement policies, systems, and processes for efficient school management

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Must hold a Master’s degree (16 years of education) with at least a second division in any subject, preferably in Education
  • Professional qualification such as M.Ed or B.Ed is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of teaching or management experience at a reputable institution
  • Strong communication, school management, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel is required
