Perform accurate and timely data entry in the SAP system.
Create and maintain master data, including customer, vendor, material, and pricing information.
Process sales orders, purchase orders, goods receipts, goods issues, and inventory transactions.
Generate and maintain SAP reports for management review.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, and Operations to ensure data accuracy.
Monitor pending transactions and resolve discrepancies in the SAP system.
Maintain proper documentation and records related to SAP transactions.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and SAP procedures.
Provide administrative support for system-related documentation and reporting.
Liaise with the IT team or SAP support for system issues and enhancements.
Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills
Qualification And Responsibilities
Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
5–7 years of experience working with SAP ERP (SD, MM, FI, or relevant modules).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
