Job Summary

Roles And Responsibilities

  •  Perform accurate and timely data entry in the SAP system.
  • Create and maintain master data, including customer, vendor, material, and pricing information.
  •   Process sales orders, purchase orders, goods receipts, goods issues, and inventory transactions.
  •  Generate and maintain SAP reports for management review.
  •  Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, and Operations to ensure data accuracy.
  •  Monitor pending transactions and resolve discrepancies in the SAP system.
  •     Maintain proper documentation and records related to SAP transactions.
  •    Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and SAP procedures.
  •  Provide administrative support for system-related documentation and reporting.
  •    Liaise with the IT team or SAP support for system issues and enhancements.
  •    Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills

Qualification And Responsibilities

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
  •  5–7 years of experience working with SAP ERP (SD, MM, FI, or relevant modules).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
  • Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
