We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Salesman / Salesgirl to assist customers, promote products, and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while meeting sales targets.
Role and Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions
Demonstrate product features and benefits when required
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
Maintain cleanliness and proper display of products
Monitor stock levels and inform management of low inventory
Process sales transactions and handle cash or digital payments
Build and maintain good relationships with customers
Skills and Qualification:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Previous sales or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented attitude
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
Basic math skills for handling cash and billing
Honest, reliable, and punctual
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Physically fit to stand for long hours if required
Willingness to learn about products and sales techniques
