Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Salesman for a Cosmetics Shop. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting beauty and skincare products, maintain product displays, and help achieve sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding suitable cosmetic and beauty products.
• Explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
• Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and attractive.
• Monitor stock levels and report inventory shortages.
• Assist with receiving and arranging new stock.
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Minimum Matric, Intermediate, or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in cosmetics sales, retail sales, or customer service preferred.
• Good knowledge of cosmetic, skincare, and beauty products.
• Strong communication and customer dealing skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and promote products effectively.
• Presentable personality and professional appearance.
• Basic cash handling and billing knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Honest, punctual, and responsible.
• Willing to work from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Candidates from Gilgit will be preferred.
