Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Salesman to promote and sell products, assist customers, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting products
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable items
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain product displays and ensure the shop is clean and organized
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Assist in billing and cash handling (if required)
• Keep track of stock levels and report shortages
• Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Minimum Matric / Intermediate qualification
• Previous experience in sales or retail (preferred)
• Strong communication and customer dealing skills
• Confident, energetic, and presentable personality
• Good convincing and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and product handling
• Ability to achieve sales targets
• Basic understanding of cash handling / billing (optional)
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure
• Punctual, honest, and responsible
• Willing to work flexible hours (including weekends if required)
