Role and Responsibilities
Greet customers and identify their needs
Present, promote, and explain products or services clearly
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints professionally
Prepare sales invoices, receipts, and basic sales records
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Keep up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions
Coordinate with the sales team and management on sales strategies
Skills and Qualification:
High school diploma
Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service (preferred but not always required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales
Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good time management and organizational skills
Ability to handle customer objections and complaints professionally
Willingness to meet and exceed sales targets
Physically able to stand for long periods and handle light lifting (if required)
Flexible availability, including weekends or holidays (if applicable)
