Job Summary

The Salesman is responsible for promoting and selling company products or services to customers. This role involves understanding customer needs, maintaining relationships, and achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell products or services to new and existing customers

  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customers, and follow-ups

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally

  • Stay informed about product features, pricing, and promotions

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

  • Prepare sales reports and updates for management

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • High school diploma 

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not always required)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Good time-management and organizational skill.

  • Willingness to travel (if required by the role)
