Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Visit shops daily according to the assigned route plan
  • Introduce and promote company products to shopkeepers
  • Explain product features, prices, schemes, and benefits
  • Take sales orders and ensure timely product delivery
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with retailers and maintain regular follow-ups
  • Collect payments (cash/credit) as per company policy
  • Identify new shops and expand the customer base
  • Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, sales, and visits
  • Report daily progress to the supervisor or sales manager

 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Experience in field sales or shop-to-shop selling (preferred)

  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Basic knowledge of products and market trends
  • Must be punctual, responsible, and disciplined
  • Ability to maintain good relations with customers
  • Must know route areas and local market
