Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and assist them with product selection
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales area
  • Process sales transactions 
  • Stock shelves, label products, and manage inventory when needed
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and promotions
  • Build strong customer relationships for repeat business

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Minimum education: Matric or Intermediate 
  • Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Good communication skills (verbal and listening)
  • Confident and polite personality with a customer-focused attitude
  • Presentable appearance and good grooming
  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and POS billing
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Honest, responsible, and punctual
  • Basic knowledge of products and willingness to learn quickly
