Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building relationships with customers, and promoting our products or services. As a salesman, you will be expected to meet sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and represent our brand with professionalism.

Role and  Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out and engage potential customers through cold calls, emails, or in-person visits.
  • Present, promote, and sell products or services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the best products or solutions to meet those needs.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide after-sales support and follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activities.
  • Document sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Attend product training sessions and company meetings as required.

Technology Proficiency:

  • Comfortable using CRM software to track leads, sales, and customer interactions.
  • Familiarity with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Basic knowledge of digital tools and social media for sales and marketing purposes (optional but a plus).

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • College degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
