Role and Responsibilities
Greet customers politely and assist them with product inquiries
Promote and sell products to meet daily or monthly sales targets
Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the store and product displays
Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally
Operate the cash register and handle payments accurately
Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to the supervisor
Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Skills and Qualification:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in sales or retail is an advantage

Ability to persuade customers and close sales
