A Salesgirl is responsible for assisting customers in selecting products, answering their queries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. She manages sales transactions, maintains product displays, and contributes to achieving store sales targets.
Role and Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
Assist shoppers in finding products and give product information.
Maintain knowledge of promotions, discounts, and store policies.
Process sales transactions (cash, card, or digital payments).
Restock shelves and arrange displays to attract customers.
Handle customer complaints politely and professionally.
Work with team members to meet sales goals.
Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable.

Basic knowledge of sales and product handling.
Friendly, polite, and confident personality.
Ability to work in a team and handle pressure.
