Job Description:

A Salesgirl is responsible for assisting customers in selecting products, answering their queries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. She manages sales transactions, maintains product displays, and contributes to achieving store sales targets.

Role and  Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.

  • Assist shoppers in finding products and give product information.

  • Maintain knowledge of promotions, discounts, and store policies.

  • Process sales transactions (cash, card, or digital payments).

  • Restock shelves and arrange displays to attract customers.

  • Handle customer complaints politely and professionally.

  • Work with team members to meet sales goals.

  • Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable.

Required Skills

  • Good communication and customer service skills.

  • Basic knowledge of sales and product handling.

  • Friendly, polite, and confident personality.

  • Ability to work in a team and handle pressure.

  • Previous retail experience (preferred but not always required).
