Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom solutions on Salesforce Field Service, including work orders, service appointments, mobile workforce management, and scheduling policies.
  • Develop and configure Field Service components such as Service Territories, Skills, Work Types, Maintenance Plans, and Service Resources.
  • Implement and optimize Scheduling Policies, Optimization Engines, and Mobile Flows.
  • Build and maintain custom Lightning components, Apex classes/triggers, and integrations with external systems.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to gather and translate requirements into scalable, performant solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment plans, and user guides for Field Service implementations.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Experience configuring Field Service Admin settings, Scheduling, and Optimization
  • Proficiency with Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs and integrations with third-party systems
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach to development
