Design and develop custom solutions on Salesforce Field Service, including work orders, service appointments, mobile workforce management, and scheduling policies.
Develop and configure Field Service components such as Service Territories, Skills, Work Types, Maintenance Plans, and Service Resources.
Implement and optimize Scheduling Policies, Optimization Engines, and Mobile Flows.
Build and maintain custom Lightning components, Apex classes/triggers, and integrations with external systems.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to gather and translate requirements into scalable, performant solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment plans, and user guides for Field Service implementations.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
Bachelors Degree.
Experience configuring Field Service Admin settings, Scheduling, and Optimization
Proficiency with Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs and integrations with third-party systems
Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Collaborative and team-oriented approach to development
