Job Summary

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize the display of products within the boutique.
  •  Maintain records of products received and dispatched.
  • Assist clients with inquiries and product guidance.
  • Update client orders in the sales system.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Communicate company products, policies, and procedures effectively to clients.
  •  Gather client feedback and share relevant requirements with management.
  •  Support the day-to-day operations of the boutique while maintaining excellent customer service and brand standards.

Required Skills

Skills And Qualification

  • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, boutique, fashion, or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service and sales abilities.
  • Good knowledge of fashion trends and styling.
  • Ability to understand customer preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Target-oriented with a positive and confident attitude.
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with billing/POS systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
