Prepare and organize the display of products within the boutique.
Maintain records of products received and dispatched.
Assist clients with inquiries and product guidance.
Update client orders in the sales system.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Communicate company products, policies, and procedures effectively to clients.
Gather client feedback and share relevant requirements with management.
Support the day-to-day operations of the boutique while maintaining excellent customer service and brand standards.
Required Skills
Skills And Qualification
High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1–2 years of experience in retail sales, boutique, fashion, or customer service roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and sales abilities.
Good knowledge of fashion trends and styling.
Ability to understand customer preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Target-oriented with a positive and confident attitude.
Good presentation and negotiation skills.
Basic computer skills and experience with billing/POS systems.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
