Job Description:

Insxoft is a fast-growing technology company specializing in modern web development, eCommerce solutions (Shopware), and custom software applications. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our global client base.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients. You will play a key role in promoting our services, building relationships with international clients, and contributing to the company’s overall growth.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email outreach, freelancing platforms, etc.)
  • Communicate with potential clients to understand their business needs
  • Present and promote Insxoft’s services effectively
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Maintain and update client records using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in sales or business development (preferably in IT/software services)
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Familiarity with international markets is a plus
  • Basic understanding of web technologies is an advantage

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to identify and engage potential clients in international markets
  • Familiarity with IT services / software development sales (eCommerce, web apps, SaaS is a plus)
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Ability to handle cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels and closing techniques
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Basic understanding of digital platforms (Wordpress, Vue.js, APIs) is a plus
