Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets within set timelines.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • Participate in promotional activities and campaigns to attract new clients.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Intermediate or O-Level

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.

Timing will be 8:30pm - 4:30am (Mon - Fri) and Saturday (9 - 12)

Salary will be market competitive 
Basic salary (25000 to 40000) with highly commission.

Warehouse in USA (not a call Centre, but yes it’s outbound sales)
