Job Summary

Design Waves is looking for a proactive and well-organized Sales & Project Manager to oversee digital projects and drive client acquisition. The ideal candidate will manage website and design projects, communicate effectively with clients, coordinate with a remote team, and help generate new business opportunities.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage ongoing website and design projects from start to delivery
• Communicate with clients professionally and maintain strong relationships
• Coordinate tasks and updates with remote team members
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and clients
• Ensure timely delivery and quality standards for all projects

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong client-handling and negotiation abilities
• Basic understanding of web development and graphic design processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
• Prior experience in sales, bidding, or digital project management is a plus
• Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented mindset
• Good time management and problem-solving skills
• Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (minimum)

Work Schedule:
Night Shift: 9 PM – 6 AM (Mon–Sat)
Compensation: Fixed salary + performance-based commission
