Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

• Design Waves is seeking a motivated and organized Sales & Project Manager to lead digital projects and client acquisition.
• Responsibilities include managing website and design tasks, communicating with clients, coordinating with the remote team, and generating new business. Both fresh and experienced candidates can apply.
• Night shift: 9 PM to 6 AM (Mon–Sat). Fixed salary + commission on target achievement.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Strong communication and client handling skills
• Basic understanding of website and graphic design workflows
• Ability to manage tasks and coordinate with remote teams
• Sales and bidding experience is a plus
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
• Time management and problem-solving skills
• Fresh and experienced candidates can apply
• Minimum qualification: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree
