Job Summary

Need A Sales Officer In A Automotive Company Based In Dubai

Sales Development:

• Identify and target potential clients through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals).
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, managing leads through the sales process.

Client Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Sales Strategy:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed about company products/services, industry trends, and market conditions.
• Provide clients with detailed product information and demonstrations.

Sales Reporting:

• Track and report on sales performance metrics, including sales volume, revenue, and conversion rates.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Collaboration:

• Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless client experience.

Customer Feedback:

• Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products/services and sales strategies.
• Implement customer satisfaction initiatives.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• At least Bachelors Degree
• Fluent In Computer Skills
• Fluent In English (Speaking, Reading & Writing)
• Proven experience in sales or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
