Manage and lead a team of 5 tele sales staff, 2 Account Managers, and 6 Business Development Managers (BDMs) in the UK.
Set sales targets and objectives for the team, and ensure they are effectively communicated and understood.
Provide coaching, training, and professional development opportunities to sales staff to enhance their performance and skills.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company sales targets.
Conduct sales forecasting and budgeting, and monitor performance against targets.
Evaluate sales team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic, passion for sales, and commitment to achieving results.
Utilize word, excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems efficiently for sales reporting, analysis, and strategy development.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
Required Skills
Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Sales Manager role, preferably within the [industry].
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully managing and leading high-performing sales teams to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
