Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of 5 tele sales staff, 2 Account Managers, and 6 Business Development Managers (BDMs) in the UK.
  • Set sales targets and objectives for the team, and ensure they are effectively communicated and understood.
  • Provide coaching, training, and professional development opportunities to sales staff to enhance their performance and skills.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company sales targets.
  • Conduct sales forecasting and budgeting, and monitor performance against targets.
  • Evaluate sales team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic, passion for sales, and commitment to achieving results.
  • Utilize word, excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems efficiently for sales reporting, analysis, and strategy development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards

Required Skills

Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Sales Manager role, preferably within the [industry].
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading high-performing sales teams to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop sales staff.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in word, excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and goal-driven, with a hunger to win and succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
