Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized sales area, ensuring products are neatly displayed.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills.
  • Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain a loyal customer base.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Monitor and replenish stock levels as needed.
