Job Title: Sales Head – Strategic Growth & Client Acquisition

Call Café stands at the forefront of Pakistan’s call center industry with over 30 years of proven expertise in the fast food takeaway sector. Over the past 2 years, we’ve developed one of the most sophisticated order-taking and customer handling services in the UK takeaway market. Our team combines intelligent systems, experienced agents, and strategic analysis to help takeaway businesses grow consistently.

As we scale further, we are looking for a visionary Sales Head to lead our client acquisition and revenue expansion initiatives.

 

Role Overview:

The Sales Head will be responsible for driving Call Café’s growth strategy through high-performance sales leadership, new client onboarding, and strategic partnerships. This is a results-oriented leadership role where you will not only lead a team but also directly influence revenue, brand positioning, and market share.

Sales Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our client base
  • Lead, motivate, and grow a team of sales professionals
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to drive accountability

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities in the takeaway and QSR sector
  • Build long-term partnerships with restaurant owners and chains
  • Represent Call Café at industry events and networking forums

Revenue Optimization:

  • Analyze market trends to position our services competitively
  • Implement pricing strategies that maximize value for clients and profitability for the company
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure

Client Success:

  • Work closely with operations to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients
  • Develop retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value
  • Gather client feedback to continuously improve our offerings

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (food industry preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen with analytical capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Willingness to work evening/night shifts as per business needs
